what button do i press to change the audio source on my remote?
and is there any way to eliminate functions i dont use such as vcr2 so i don't have to scroll through them?

Make sure the LCD display reads AMP, then use the number buttons to change source. (They are labeled in yellow? right above the number buttons).

The key is that you have to have AMP selected on the remote.
