3 week old samsung dead? (1 Viewer)

Model is Samsung TXS-3082W. I've had it a little less than 3 weeks and now on every connection, av, component etc the screen tears all the time really bad. Even if I just turn the tv off, keep everything off the black screen and menu are being torn apart. Sometimes there will be really bad interference like black lines and the brightness starts fading in and out = help me please
