I've seen the seven titles flat, and segments of two in 3-D, but I'm still hoping. They are:
Son of Sinbad - segments
Louisiana Territory - segments
Top Banana - lost
Southwest Passage - half lost
The Bounty Hunter - never released in 3-D
The Moonlighter - many 3-D playdates in 1953
The Command - never released in 3-D

Very cool, Charles.
The Lippert shorts (and the other anaglyph releases) were very popular as extra attractions at drive-ins. http://www.3dfilmarchive.com/home/top-10-3-d-myths/1953-anaglyph-films

Cannot wait for the Blu-ray release...
Just surprised to know that Lumiere brothers shot a 3D version of "The Arrival of the Train." What format did they use? And is there any way at the moment to watch the film (with 3d effects)?
