Damn, I didn't realize that last round would end so early. I was going to guess Zhivago, but the comment about there being so few correct guesses scared me off. (I was thinking maybe it was some kind of trick parody shot, maybe from Top Secret or something like that.) Anyway, I confirmed it awhile ago but thought I had plenty of time to guess. :frowning:

While I would love to claim a freebie, Rob, I have to say that I did not guess Dr. Zhivago--as a matter of fact, my guess was nowhere near that title (it was one I made up).

I didn't mean to imply that I thought you ended it early. I was really just kicking myself because I knew that shot the second I saw it. But, I also thought that it was so easy that everybody and his brother would get it right. (I mean, it's David Lean for cryin' out loud!) So, my brain made this game much more complicated than it really was.

It is truly a fantastic DVD! One of the best transfers of an older movie that you will ever see!

I remember the doctor getting dragged away by some army. I remember the visits the doctor has with his mistress Lara. I remember the visit to the ice house. I remember the train and the ominous Russian chorus that accompanies it. I remember the heart attack. I remember that Zhivago (not the doctor) has no lines in the flashbacks. B

But I can't remember where that shot is from to save my life.

Of course, I'd love to see it in all it's wide-screen glory. God knows the "recorded off The Movie Channel back in the 70's" tape my parents have won't do at all.

The most common wrong guesses were for The Warriors, and American Graffiti(probably not serious votes) with two votes each.

Interestingly, two people trying for Most Amusing Answer responded with "Where's Waldo: The Movie".

It should be noted that MANY people were tied at 20 points each. This included Rain. But, with Rain getting the three bonus points in the last round, he pulled it out.

Well done Rain! And I was one of the "Where's Waldo, The Movie" guessers, who was the other? Freaky we both submitted that. I'm assuming that shot came from the Commode Story rehearsal, correct? Even though I don't recall them doing it in front of that grafitti wall, that scene popped in my head. For once, my hunch was right.
