I don't get it. What?

Rain: here is a hint- [rant]YOU OWN THE DVD!!!![/rant]

Everyone take note that this is a hint. It isn't an unfair hint to Rain only, as you can click the link in his signature to see what DVD's he owns!

This is the first "hint" I have given in this tourney. Will it help????

I think my clue is malfunctioning. Can I exchange it for another one? I've been through that DVD list four times and I still don't know what this shot is from.

arrggh, I hate when I do that. I just saw The Big Blue 3 or 4 weeks ago. I knew I'd seen the shot but couldn't remember where.

Damn Rain, could have a few less movies? I'd say these last few shots have been a little more descriptive, so-to-speak, which should make them easier. But I'm still batting an 0'fer for Bracket #2.

The clue didn't help me, so I am sticking with my original guess. Am I right?

Probably not.:frowning:

[c]The Correct Answer To Round 11 is.....A Movie Without Dialogue!![/c]

[c] [/c]

[c]Correct Answers Came From:

Evan Case
Bill McA
Chucky P
Gabe D
Scott Weinberg
[/c]

Three Bonus Points for the Most Amusing Answer goes to George_W_K for his response: "Star Wars: The Teen Years"

The most common wrong answer was Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and Natural Born Killers with two votes each.

Chucky P gave the most accurate answer by adding : "Life Out of Balance".

Shit! I wondered if that was it, but I was in too pissy a mood to check Rain's DVD list. Dammit, I've had that LD for years, but haven't watched it in a long time.

I'm afraid not.

The opening titles merely say "Koyaanisqatsi"

Translating the title into English hardly makes it more accurate.

DAMN! Every time I went through Rain's DVD list I said to myself, "Self, you should go pop the Koyaniwhatsit DVD in the player and at least scan it." Never did.

And we are to conclude that the "very little!" clue was in reference to the amount of dialogue in the film? I misinterpreted what was "very little", hence my guess of Hedwig and the Angry Inch.

The current shot is yet another instance in this contest of men running through streets and tunnels at night. What would Freud have to say about that? :)
