Lost my network connection on my Denon S 750 (1 Viewer)

I got an upgraded router from Xfinity and installed it yesterday. No problem, everything worked just fine, router, wifi etc.
Today I tried to turn on Heos and it says no network connection. I tried the reset with the zone on/off and reset. No luck.
So, I went back to initial setup and under diagnostic it appears that physical connection and router access are ok. But it says
internet access error, check your router configuration. I tried rebooting the router several times but no luck. Any suggestions?

I had a similar issue last year on my S930 after a firmware update (it was later documented that the firmware broke network connectivity). The only fix was a factory reset and reload the firmware update.
