Hi There

I have recently upgraded my television to a Samsung HD and my dvd to a blu ray. I have a AVR 1905 Denon amp that I would like to hook up to the system. The questions I have

1. How would I set it up to get the best results ?

2. Would I get the same results as a full hd system or should I upgrade my aplifier as well ?

ANy advise will be great

You can run HDMI from your BluRay to tv and then you have a couple options for the audio. You can either run digital (optical or coax) to your receiver and get DD/DTS or, if your BluRay has a decoder built-in, you can run 7.1 analog cables to your receiver and get the DD TrueHD or DTS-MA.
