Glad I found this forum and registered. I'm working on upgrading our family room home theater. At present, I have an erstwhile Onkyo TX-SR607 receiver hooked up to a Bose 5.1 Acoustimass surround system (circa 1992). I had to replace the Vizio HDTV and bought a 4K UHD Vizio. Of course, this has started the "daisy chain" of upgrades. My receiver can't do 4K, the digital audio input can't handle the latest Dolby formats and my Bose system is only 5.1. As they say: "Film at 11!"
