A 50th anniversary release of Paul McCartney and Wing's Band on the Run album was just released with a 2 disc CD set where the first disc is the original album and the second disc is earlier mixes of each song.

Do we *really* need another remix/update/version of this one? Between the original US/UK (with/without "Helen Wheels"), the Paul McCartney Collection (with Helen Wheels and its B-side, Country Dreamer, added as bonus tracks but missing "Zoo Gang," the "B" side of the "Band on the Run" single), the 25th Anniversary (US track order with a CD of 1 time listen type bonus material - unfortunately including *none* of the "B" sides which *would* have been better bonus stuff), the Archive Collection (5 different versions), and now a "50th Anniversary" edition (with a bonus disk of raw mixes)... it feels like they are just milking the fans.

I love the album but...
