I saw the running time on DVD Beaver’s review as 110 min, whereas the 1978 re-releases are 113 min. Which version is on the 4K?

It's 113 minutes on the 4K/UHD.

And it shouldn't be. This isn't like Star Wars where George wasn't satisfied with the technology of the time (besides that sunset). The version released in 1974 was reedited by the studio behind his back. Those extra minutes were there originally in the test screenings.

My iTunes copy "upgraded" to 4K. There's some sloppy work going on here. While the contrast is nice, the grain is "massaged", and the transparency of certain elements in night shots, as discussed elsewhere on the interwebs, is pretty obvious.
