I wanted to start watching some Gary Cooper western films. Of course the one I wanted to see, "Man of the West" is out of print on BD.
Oh well, you snooze you lose.

I'm glad to have it, got it cheap in a KL sale years ago. And KL's Man of the West is a great looking Blu-ray of an essential Gary Cooper film. Bryan, I urge you to get it at a price that's right for you. You'll be happy you did!

Mr. Insider, any chance of getting Bloodline (1979) on blu ray through your current or a future deal with Paramount? I know- it bombed… badly. And yet, talk about a cast- Audrey Hepburn, Ben Gazzara, James Mason, Omar Sharif, Irene Papas, Beatrice Straight, Gert Frobe, Romi Schneider, Claudia Mori, Maurice Ronet, Michelle Phillips- in a film by Terence Young, cinematography by Freddie Young, and music by Ennio Morricone.

One more suggested title for Kino-Lorber:

The Mouse on the Mayflower (1968); it was released on VHS but never on DVD AFAIK. I believe Universal owns the rights Via Dreamworks Animation's DreamWorks Classics subsidiary (if that information is wrong, please correct me). A DVD and Blu-ray release would be most welcome.

And, yes, I am unabashedly advocating for the release of all of the Rankin/Bass holiday specials on home media! :D
I would love to see this. I wasn’t aware Universal controlled Dream-works now

I love Kino Lorber! How about giving us THE GORILLA (1939)?
I'm fond of this one too. As far as I'm concerned it's the best Ritz Brothers movie. Great Old Dark House production values. And the comic interactions between Lionel Atwill, Patsy Kelly and Bela Lugosi are priceless.
But I believe it's from 20th Century Fox - so the thing's probably locked up tight in the Disney vault now. In which case it's likely inaccessible to Kino and all others at the moment.

How likely are HEAT and The Big Easy being included in the upcoming sale? These are the kinds of films I'd typically buy day one but if I can save a few bucks that wouldn't be bad. Serpico, OTOH, I did preorder for Day 1 (will do the same for Neon City)

Good sale but without the PayPal Pay-In-4 option, I won't be participating since I don't want to spend all that money in one sitting. The Pay In 4 makes these large scale purchases easier to swallow.

I currently have $192 worth (19 titles) in my cart...

I'm pretty sure a few are titles I already own but didn't purchase direct from Kino so have to wait until I get home to be sure (don't have an updated database with me). I really like that Kino now lets you know if you've purchased a title (actually have been doing that for at least 6 months).
