Well I had posted this on QQ and they say it is NOT a MultiChannel recording.. and most of those songs on Rocks you can pick up on a Greatist Hits SACD..Not as rare as this guy makes it out to be but it is Rare but NOT the Only one..

The drill holes indicate that it was a giveaway/free disc and not to be resold (doesn't mean you can't sell it). Giveaway i.e. industry giveaway, not consumer giveaway.
