Yamaha RX-V530 or RX-V800 ??. Need help. (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I am a audio enthusiast from India. I am a beginner to Home theater components and want to build a budget home theater. I need all your help to decide on the same.

My room size is small. I like the sound of Yamaha RX-V800 and RX-V530 av-receivers. RX-V800 is available for USD 450/- whereas RX-V530 is USD 410.

Which one to choose?.. I have the budget of upto USD 450 for av receiver. Is it worth buying the RX-V800 (even though which does not have D PLII) or RX-V530 (which have D PLII, but less power).

Would appreciate reply from anyone who have used the above components.
