I have what you're looking for. I took it out of service 2 months ago when I got a Kenwood 5700 (5-disc, progressive). The Panny was purchased from onecall.com in January of this year. I was planning to post it here for sale at $325.00 shipped by UPS ground.
It's in excellent condition and works perfectly. The only flaw is a small scratch on the corner of the case where I bumped a hinge placing it in the cabinet. I've touched it up (aren't Sharpie pens wonderful) but you can still see the mark if you look for it. I updated the firmware but I'll have to look and see to what version (I don't remember) I have all of the original box, packing and paperwork. The remote is in perfect condition as I only used it one time to program my Pronto.
