WRC Alert: Safari! (1 Viewer)

Just a heads up for the WRC fans on the board: its off to Africa this time for the "Safari" Rally in Kenya. Should be a good one, very tough on the cars and not all of the Special Stages are closed! A Helicopter flies ahead of the cars to warn of other hazards on the roads trucks, buses, wildlife etc could all be around the next corner.

I remember watching a safari rally last year, where on the road, some locals made a wall of rocks and one of the WRC drivers ran into it and caused serious amounts of damage. Wish I knew which car and which race that was.

Same as usual: Speed Vi..er..Channel 11pm EST each night. Pre-view tonight, same-day highlights Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a wrap-up Monday night. Repeated ad nauseam (not that I am complainig) in the same time slot until the next round.
