Which Receivers (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I need to start looking for a new receiver. I watch a lot of DVD's and HD shows. I want the receiver do all of the video switching.

I use KRK Rokit studio speakers for my 5.1 system and have a Velodyne sub. I have a Denon DVD 2200 and a Panasonic 47x54.

My budget is $500-$800 for a receiver.

I'm thinking of Pioneer, Yamaha, or a Denon.

What should I look into?

Just a note:

I was in Tweeter the other day looking at the Denon 3805 and the Yam 2400. The salerep mentioned Yamaha has been having trouble with the video up conversion on the 2400 and the Z9. You may want to look into that.
