Where is Stargate Season 2 (1 Viewer)

Why are we waiting so long for the 2nd season of Stargate

(I have already watched it twice(season1)

This has become one of my most favourite TV Shows (maybe even better than XFiles

Digital Bits mentioned it was slated for 2002, but then where is Season 3?
I for one would like to see at least 2 seasons per year, just like xfiles and sopranos, simpsons, futurama.
Anybody else thinks Colonel O'Neal is Cool

and Milk (tealc) has the acting talent of Anakin Skywalker

PS: does anybody know what the record is for the most number of "Smiley Faces" in a single post?

MGM is currently releasing only 1 season per year, and probably will continue the practice at least until SciFi starts showing repeats next fall
Season 2 is coming in May/June
You'll see Chris Judge's true acting talent in the S2 episode "Holiday". It's a hoot. Just don't buy his album, THAT's terrible

I heard a rumor that Stargate season 2 will come out in fall of 2002 and 3 months later season 3 will come out. Does any one have any confirmation of this? Thanks

MGM has said that S2 is coming in the spring. That won't stop S3 from hitting in the fall. I certainly wouldn't object

My patience is wearing a bit too thin, so I may decide to go with the separately issued discs in R2. They are up to season 4 or something like that already.
Will cost me more though... I wish MGM would just get their asses in gear on this and get some more box sets out.
