You should specify the year on several as there's been more than one series under the same name.

The Outer Limits 1963 has. The 1995 version has not had a BR release.
The Twilight Zone 1959 has. The 1985 version has not had a BR release.
Mission Impossible 1966 has. The 1988 version has not had a BR release.

Other BR releases:
The Abbott and Costello Show (1952) - Classicflix
Monty Python's Flying Circus (1969)
Charmed (1998) is slowly getting BR upgrades (5 of 8 seasons so far)
Farscape (1999)
The 1998 mini-series "From the Earth to the Moon"
The Invisible Man (1975) - the 1958 series has not - VEI

How about Max Headroom series on BD?
haunting 80's GIF by absurdnoise's GIF by absurdnoise

All of the post-production was done on Standard Definition video. It would have to be up-rezzed for Blu-ray. Which doesn't mean it can't be decent (the BBC has done some good up-rezzed BDs), but there really isn't that much point. I'd rather that Warner -- or whomever they might license it to (Shout! Factory released the DVD set) -- put the time, money, and effort into a series that would gain a more significant improvement in HD.

Charmed S2 and 3 have a chance of being MOD.

But there are also pressed discs of them, especially if you're buying now. When I bought in, oh, late 2021, the sets were pressed. And they're probably using the pressed discs for the recent complete series, as well.
I did grab the dvd set...but, BD set would be nicer, if done well!!

A couple of series I'd to see restored and given the BD treatment are:
The Pretenter Series + the Movie (NBC) Peacock
The Mentalist (CBS) Paramount
Babylon 5 (WB)

I hate to harsh your mellow, Todd, but The Pretender is an MTM series, so Fox/Disney-owned. The Mentalist is with Warner, not Paramount. Warner Archive put out a blu-ray of the first season, but I'm assuming it didn't sell particularly well, as they never released any further seasons. Babylon 5 has problematic source element issues.

Regarding The Pretender, I'd love to see a blu-ray release of its step-sister series The Profiler. I suspect, though, that like the DVD releases, they'd not be able to include the crossover episode of The Pretender. Or the episode with the prohibitively expensive Police song.
