What's the difference between pioneers dv-440 and the dv-353k? (1 Viewer)

I can't seem to see any difference on Crutchfield.com. I can get the DV-440 locally for $149 on sale and the DV-353K from crutchfield for $139. I can't seem to see a difference. I have to believe it will be cheaper somewhere besides Crutchfield. If that's the case, you can probably get a real good deal on it. I was going to get a changer, but decided that mp3 playback would be better as I can put 150 or so songs on one disc and search through them via the onscreen display. The player will be for an analog 36" directview Samsung. Any opinions? thanks

i'm interested in this dvd player as well and I don't see a difference either.....can anyone shed some light?

I know that the warranty is a little different. Like 1 year parts and labor on the 440 and 1 year parts and 90 days labor on the 353k. Besides that, I don't see a difference.
