What is the best giant robt anime on dvd besides Eva? (1 Viewer)

Of all the Macross released, only Macross II and Macross 7 were horrible piece of junk. The OVAs, Macross Plus (4 eps) and Macross Zero (5 eps...already determined), are much much better, storywise that fit better with the Macross saga than the two formerly mentioned.

This is one of my 5 most wanted DVDs. It was supposed to be out summer of 2002 but I havent heard a thing yet.

IMHO alot better than most Anime out there.

Many people start with 0083, but I always recommend things going back to the beginning and start with the 3 movies

Giant Robo is good, not great. I prefer the live action from the 70's.
