Annnnd..... Just like that, my wife decided we need a new mattress so my receiver upgrade is once again on hiatus. Still gonna look to get an idea of what receivers are like almost two decades after I bought my last one.

The Denon and Yamaha's are solid choices but check out the Marantz SR-6013 as well! Let us know what you end up doing? I am sure you can not go wrong with the Yamaha, Denon or Marantz!

I am about to buy a 3080 now How is your receiver sounding. Replacing the A750 which died 2 weeks ago. First Yamaha that I have that died

I've been loving my 2080 since the first day I got it. Best receiver I've ever owned IMO.
