My decision to buy the Tosh 65h80 also came down to the Tosh, the Mits 6509, and the Sony KP-57XBR10W. They were all in the same price range. Ultimately, I went with the Tosh b/c I liked the picture slightly better, but it was a close call. I could have been happy w/ any of these three.
I don't think you could go wrong w/ either of your two choices. Both TV's will need to be calibarated immediately and ISF'd eventually for the best results. I have been impressed over the years w/ Toshiba's customer service and quality of product. Ironically, the Tosh's cabinet was the one I liked least. I believe nobody has been building RPTV's longer than Mistubishi. I loved the Mits remote.
If one of them is significantly lower in price, go for it. Just my two cents.
