I'm guilty.
I often decide on passing on certain TV on DVD sets because I haven't seen the show or for budgetary reasons.
But I'll see it at Costco and bam! it goes in my cart!
Somehow that way it goes from my DVD budget to my "miscellaneous household expenses" budget.
