Tip of the Weisberg (1 Viewer)

Does anyone out there besides me wonder why the Tim Weisberg title "Tip of the Weisberg" has never been released on cd? I have this on a dbx-encoded Nautilus Digital Superdisc Recording and it rivals anything I've ever heard from MFSL. It is a state of the art digital recording and it seems like a natural for release on cd. Any thoughts?
