My best friend just watched this movie and hated it. My first viewing of it was during its theatrical run back when I was a youngster. Today, I still like the movie!

I've always liked it but the ending has always fallen a bit flat for me by going all dramatic in what, before that sequence, was a hugely fun comedy. Of course it's what makes the film really work and be what it is but...

According to the Announcement thread it'll be a slight improvement. Same transfer as before but on a 50GB disc instead of 25GB so it'll have a higher bit rate.

I'm quite fond of The Russians Are Coming! But then again, I'm quite fond of comedies with lots of people running around in hysteria like It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World, 1941 and Rat Race (2001).
