Anyone catch last night's episode of The Dead Zone (on the USA Network)?

Michael Anthony Hall is very funny (he was funny as a teen, and just as funny as an adult), and to see him get to sprinkle in his humor is always a treat because they downplay that aspect of his personality due to the tone of the show, so it's a treat when an episode allows him to be funny out of the situation at hand.

Yeah, good self-contained episode. Reminds a bit of that commercial where the first person smiles at a car, and good feelings cause a chain reaction
. Unfortunately, it seems like the universe is more of a "no good deed goes unpunished" kind of place.

It was a decent episode but still I'm glad to see they are moving the Stillson plot somewhere the season is only 13 episodes.

Did you guys catch the jibe at the current Trek Hierachy?
Micheal Piller (Ex Producer of TNG) and his son Produce and created Dead Zone. I guess they had their run ins with Berman and Braga. During the scene at the Book store Johnny Orders no less than 10 copies of a book, when the manager asks the Clerk Which One, the clerk holds up the Hardcover adaption of Star Trek Insurrection. The manager is all happy saying he thought they'd never move that one !
