I have the Energy Take 5 and Pioneer Elite VSX35, Should I set my sub and speaker levels to small and my sub to PLUS or YES. Also what should the SUB Crossover be my reciver goes from 80HZ to 150HZ. Should I set it to 80HZ. Thanks

Set to small, "yes" for sub (plus sends bass to sub+sats - bad idea). 80hz should be fine for those speakers. Enjoy.
