Hi,

I'm having major space issues in my HT. I'm wondering if it's going to hurt my sub amp and receiver if I have them in an equipment rack on top of my sub. Will the vibrations from the sub screw up my receiver or anything?

I doubt you'll have any problems, but if you put a cd player or DVD player near it, that may cause some unwanted vibrations.

I currently have my reciever and my "ultra-sensitive-to-vibrations" Sony CD player on top of my Shiva with no problem. Mine, however is sitting atop a concrete basement floor.

Thanks, I think I will give it a shot. My sub is 25" wide, 25" deep and 31" high. It has three internal braces so it does not vibrate very much.
