Speakers for Sony DA5ES (1 Viewer)

Would the JBL NSP1 speakers with a JBL PB10 subwoofer be a good match with the DA5ES receiver? Or is that too much receiver for those speakers?

I can't offer a straight answer to your question, but I've used a lot of Sony products, and I would recommend an audition of B&W 600 series speakers. I don't know if these fall close to your budget, but they should be a fair match, in terms of quality, for a nice receiver such as the 5ES.
