Sony STR‑DN1060 Receiver Green and Purple Screen during pass through (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone I have a Sony STR‑DN1060 receiver and am having an issue with a strange discoloring. When using pass through with my new Sony BDP-S6500 Blu Ray player the entire screen is a green and purple color. When I take the HDMI and direct connect and not use pass through it appears just fine. It also does this discoloration when going into the software update menu, or the Google cast menu. I've tried adjusting most of my input and screen setting and nothing fixes it. I should note my parents have the same receiver and I've never seen this issue on theirs. Considering exchanging it but if anyone has a fix id love to know. I have attached a photo so you can see. Thanks.

Sounds like you have a defective receiver. I'd exchange it.
