We found the great knife, the same one the pyramid heads use! it's at the very bottom of the prison, in a side room by a grated floor

Yeah, I found that thing too 1st time through the game. It delivers massive damage but, it's next to useless due to it being SO heavy, Mr. Sunderland has one hell of a time swinging it with any speed at all.
The chainsaw is the cat's ass...as they say!
