As the ultimate reason why you should have those black bars, may I refer you to the scene where you get a bug's eye view of the "topless football huddle". As much as 50% of the....um.....acting talent could have been lost in some hack P&S version. Put a comparison like this on the Die Hard discs and a few more people might be won over. Here's to seeing the correct measurements...I mean aspect ratio's!

Was this on regular Showtime or was it Letterboxed on Showtime HD?

Just curious. BTW I got the Anchor Bay DVD and still have not found the time to watch it.

Regular Showtime, about 3am, if I recall. How Danny Partridge didn't get an Oscar for his role in this still amazes me.
