My Shivas are scheduled to arrive today. I ordered the T-nuts and dual input cup also. My Question is how do you get a good seal between the cabinet and driver? Does the Shiva come with some sort of gasket? It is designed to seal up tight without any help?
Also, how do I get a good seal where I install the input cup?
I can probably figure this stuff out once I get my parts. I just want to have everything I need so that I can get one up and running as soon as possible.
Thanks

It's material that resembles clay. When you tighten down on the driver, the rope caulk flattens.
I use weatherstrip foam tape. I tried using rope caulk (Mortite) and it was a bit messing.

How about where the two ends of the weatherstrip meet. Do you just cut it so that it lines up as flush as possible?
Do you guys use the weatherstrip for the input cup also?
Julian:
Do you also use the 3/8" variety like Patrick?
I think I will buy some on the way home.
