I just heard on the news that Babs is going to have another farewell tour or concert. I guess if you weren't able to say goodbye before, you can do so now as long as you can cough up $1500 or more for tickets. That is provided she can find an opening act. Can Cher be far behind?

Nope - her tour finally ended last spring. Doesn't mean she won't go out AGAIN at some point, of course.

Cher did make an absolute mockery of the "Farewell" tour concept. She came to DC three separate times!

well, Cher did a good job saying goodbye... she made sure that EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE who may possibly like her had a chance to see her... better than Babs and Madonna who like to play four cities and call it a tour... Cher actually brought her show to the people. Gotta love her for that.

$1500 for tickets? I spent less money going to Washington D.C. for a few days and seeing five movies, one of which was "Hello, Dolly!" in 70mm. That included lodging, train tickets, movie tickets, food, and everything else I bought while I was there.

People,
People who can afford these tickets
Are the luckiest people in the world.
