HD2 chip with 1280x720 resolution
6-segment 5-speed colorwheel (no clear section)
FLI2300 chip with DCDi (first available I believe)
1000 ANSI lumens
1400:1 on/off contrast at D65, precalibrated (color temp is important when comparing contrast levels)
2000-3000 hour lamp (normal - economy)
I haven't heard as much about the 300+. The MSRP is $4k more though, and it's a bit dimmer. The contrast may be better, though there hasn't been much talk of it. The casing is prettier though, and the lamp should last longer (6k hours still?).
