seven year itch glitch? (1 Viewer)

At a little past 19 minutes into the film, the picuture pixillates and then returns to normal. It only lasts a second. I've tried cleaning the disc and it's still there, and there are no visible scratches.
I've done a search and can't find anything about this so I suspect it's a bad disc, and not part of the mastering process, but before I return the disc for a replacement, I'd like to make sure.
So has anyone else noticed this?

George, it must be a bad disc. I did not have this problem with Seven Year Itch. I did, however, have the same problem with Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, and I had to return it. Hope this helps.
