The clues:

Shot 6A: A character in this movie was named by a magazine as one of the “Top Twelve Movie Dicks”.

Shot 6B: This very successful movie was made into a very unsuccessful television show.

Answers and next round tomorrow morning.

Yes! I'm on the board. This makes 2 challenges in a row.

On the Side Rant and Rave

I have a job. At that job, I work with a few people who are not the tallest. I, myself, am not overly tall, but am taller than said not so tall folks. At my job, sometimes these not so tall folks ask me to get things that are on a shelf that is a bit taller than these not so tall folks. If I am just standing there doing nothing, I don't mind helping out the not so tall folks. However, I'm noticing that these not so tall folks are starting to seek me out to get some items from one of those taller shelves. This kinda bothers me. We have a handy dandy step stool readily available for these not so tall folks, and instead of getting it and using it, they opt to seek me out. Why don't they just get the stool? Am I being insensitive because I don't know the feeling of the not so tall folks, or do you see my point. Like I previously stated, I don't mind if I'm right there, but when they expend the energy to seek me out, it kinda makes me go....why?

And no this isn't a clever ploy to lure out a not so tall poster to ridicule. And to prove it, I'll give you ammo to fire back at me. I am overweight, married to a woman who loves any damn movie with "dancing" in the title, and one of my best friends is SteveGon. Now you know my insecurities, so feel free to reply.

It is fully acceptable to ridicule Steve all you want

Despite John's remarks, I'm sensing that perhaps I'm making these too easy.

Wondering if I should crank the difficulty up a notch.

Or, do y'all prefer them relatively easy to crack?

Westley: Look, are you just fiddling around with me or what?
Fezzik: I just want you to feel you're doing well. I hate for people to die embarrassed.
--The Princess Bride

Me? I prefer them to be as easy as possible. I'd love a 20-way tie for first, as long as I was in the pack!

missing several days over the long easter weekend hurt me more than anything else :p

I like the difficulty level just as it is, :)

I was really thrown for a second on 6A. I thought the person on the right was a female (perhaps Ellen-esque). It took me a while to realize it was a shaggy haired blond male, and there really is only one. :)

Stumped on this one. I was doing pretty good for awhile, considering I hadn't seen most of the films.

I'll have to wait for the clue.

Jon, it's not so much the difficulty level as your taste in movies. :P

Actually, Wedding Crashers and The Holy Grail were the only ones I knew instantly. They may be the only ones I've seen too.

Hey Jon,

I think you gave me an extra point...I had 12, so after Screenshot number 6, I should have 16 (not 17).

Of course, heh, heh, after number 7 I'll have 20...

It's been a long time since someone asked me for my opinion. Let me bask for a moment.

Okay.

I think it's your game Jon, and do whatever makes you happy. It you like stumping the crowd, go harder. I've only gotten two the way it is, so harder makes me no diff. Even though I rarely get these, it's still fun for me (especially if I knew the movies and didn't get them) so run with it.

P.S. I know that Jon didn't directly ask me for my opinion, but if it's all the same with everyone else, I'd like to pretend he did. And should he feel like going back and editing the post to say something like, "Brian, what do you think about upping the ante?".....well that'd be just fine.
