Samsung T351 vs T165 (1 Viewer)

Is there any quality differences between these two STBs. Will I get the same sensitivity and PQ with either of these two boxes?

I am just beginning to do research on OTA HDTV so forgive my simple questions.

This will be hooked up to a Mits 42311.

I just returned a SIR-T351 after problems with audio dropout and no QAM decoding. The section in the manual about QAM is whited out and tech support says that the BIOS is set up so you can't get QAM ie cable signals.
The liers still post QAM as available on the Samsung site. There is a long thread of dissillusioned stories on avsforum.

I now have the LG(formerly Zenith) LST-3100A and couldn't be happier. It decodes all the digital cable channels and cable HDTV. Only place available is www.valueelectronics.com
