Not being true 5.1 and lacking DTS support may be a turn off for some.

I have this setup and it works fine for me! So easy to set up and sounds good listening to music on Pandora.
I imagine a true audiophile would not find it adequate. I originally tried a Vizio (M51a-h6) sound bar system, but had so many connectivity problems with it and my Sony TV (XBR49X800G), I returned the system. Spent a long time on the phone with both Sony & Vizio and had to keep constantly rebooting everything and even then it would only work intermittently. Vizio even sent a replacement and still had issues.
