From memory, if she shattered, you didn't finish the level, you probably died.
Go look in "beyond" on the menu - there's a whole bunch of new modes to play/unlock - travelling, beyond, etc.
To unlock them, you need to finish each level with 100% analysation, get top place in each score attack level, finish the extra modes etc.
