don't know how Trimark wouldn't have the rights to the unrated version when it's released by them + both versions where released by them as well,so whats up?

Lions Gate bought out Trimark earlier this year and since Lions Gate releases it's share of Unrated (NC-17) titles to theaters and home video, it must be some legal reason when Lions Gate came aboard.
