Resolution to Onkyo Audio Dropouts (1 Viewer)

Sorry if this has already been posted, but I just got off the phone with Onkyo Tech Support and they informed me Onkyo will repair any receiver that experiences audio dropouts by installing a new chip. You just need to bring your receiver to an authorized service center, along with your receipt and instruct them your receiver is experiencing audio dropouts from dvds and/or digital cable/satellite broadcasts. You should get your receiver back in one to two weeks. Hope this helps.
