question about Denon 2805 Display (1 Viewer)

just got myself a denon 2805 - can someone please tell me what the "SP-" in the display indicates? It seems to be on all the time

It is just above the indicator for centre channel on the output display (right hand side)

Possibly the worst user-guide ever (and possibly the worst remote control ever!)

I'll reserve my opinion on the amp until I've run it in a bit, although it seems to do HT very well out of the box!

It tells you what speakers are being used at the time. No biggie.
