Problem with "The Verdict" (1 Viewer)

The picture froze slightly after the beginning of the 14th chapter; I couldn't forward/reverse with either the frame or fast buttons. I returned the disc for a replacement but experienced the same problem. Doubting that it was my player, I nonetheless tried an other brand with identical results. Is this a manufacturing error?

Could be. Since this is a specific problem you're reporting that may be due to faulty replication, I'm taking your post to "Software," where it seems more appropriate. This isn't really a "Studio Feedback" kind of post.

BTW, my copy works just fine.
