How do I send a PM? I remember doing it in the past and looked at the instructions. If I click on my name in the upper right corner, a list comes up but "Message" is not one of the items. Thanks for any help.

There are two ways. The first is from the drop down you mentioned. Its actually labeled Personal Message. Alternatively to the left of your username on the top black bar is an envelope. You can click on that then hit compose new.

This is very bizarre. In my drop down box, there is no "Personal Message" listed, only My Profile, My Content, Manage Friends,Client Area, My Settings, Content I Follow, and Manage Ignore Prefs. Also, there is no envelope in the black bar to the left of my name, only the "Notifications" symbol. Could my settings be screwed up?

Somehow PMs were disabled on your account. I re-enabled and you are good to go!
