Although the offer states that it's for 2 DVD-RAM discs and 8 DVD-Rs, I just received 10 DVD-RAMs (a much bigger value, IMO). Other people at AVS Forum have reported a similar result.
My discs arrived in less than 4 weeks, although others have reported much longer waits.
