I don't use Microsoft Outlook Express. I did, however,
make it the default email on my Mother's computer
since I felt it would be the easiest for her to use.
Friends email her photos all the time. She wanted
to organize them in a software photo album. I gave
her Adobe Photo Album to organize her photos.
The problem?
I and the software can't find these photos.
You can view the photos through Microsoft Outlook.
They are there....somewhere.
But where?! Where is the default folder for photos
downloaded through Outlook Express?
I tried everything. I clicked on the photo properties
and got very little information. I looked in her
MY PHOTOS folder and found nothing. I even had
Adobe Photo Album do a system search and it
came up blank......
...yet the photos do exist. I can see them through
Adobe Photo Album.
I suppose the temporary solution would be to try
to save/copy them to a new folder.
I'd just like to know the SOURCE folder first.
Thanks in advance for the help.
