Does anyone out there in HTF Land own an Optoma HD27HDR? If you do, how is it working out for? It's currently just $649 on Amazon and looks appealing.

Sorry dont own it but I just dont see how you can go wrong with that kind of review from projector central. Amazon reviews are glowing too, did you read all those??? Pretty impressive review history for that price...

I've owned two Optoma projectors since 2006. Started with the H27 for about 12 years, and currently have the Optoma HD29 Darbee. Never had any issues with either one. I always loved the picture on the H27 even though it was only 720p. Wasn't even sure I really needed to upgrade, but found a good deal on the HD29. Great HD picture and great 3D on the current projector. I would definitely recommend Optoma projectors.

How does it compare to the Optoma Uhd50 projector and the Optoma Uhd60 projector?
