Since I was looking into getting an RSX-1055, I emailed Rotel seeing if a new offering was coming out soon. Well, it is! Details here:

I'm assuming you're talking aboug DPL IIx.

If it has 1098 technology/methodology behind it, most likely yes after the update is made for the 1098.

I wonder how many 5.1 direct inputs it has. One seems to be the norm, but it would be nice to have more available.
