New Home Theater Rig (1 Viewer)

I am looking at putting together a new home theater system. I am looking at the Integra 5.1 or Denon 1802 but thats not my main concern. My main concern is my speaker setup. I am looking at two different setups. Ther first consists of a pair of paradigm phantoms, a pair of paradigm atoms and the cc170 center. The second consisting of four B&W DM303's the the LCR3. I would appreciate any input on the two setups so I can make a decision.

while i own neither, i have this past summer demo'd both paradigm and b&w and the integra 5.1. i'm partial to the sound of the b&w (and british speakers in general), and found the paradigms to be a little too boomy for my ears. but of course as anyone here will tell you, you've gotta demo it for yourself and see what you think.
